Watch this page for information about skit scripts you can use in your church, youth group, seniors group, and other events that call for a short, interesting, SIMPLE drama presentation.  These are not plays, and use a minimum of props and prep time. 

Here are some specifics.  These skit scripts are all short.  All skits are on a single sheet of paper. You will need a good reader, but actors are not required to speak.  Each one refers to a specific Bible story, so there is no question about is this appropriate for my church group.  Since you put them on, you can make minor modifications if you feel they are necessary.  I do have two with a Christmas theme.  I'm still working on plans for skit packets.  Let me know your interest.   E-mail:  sugarpinetree@netzero.net  

These small church drama group skits cover many Old Testament Bible stories.  These skit scripts were prompted by the difficulty with puppet skits.  Using live actors with a narrator makes the skit easy to produce.  The title of this series is Bible History Comes Alive.  Most Bible History Comes Alive skit scripts have a bit of humor.  You can add more props or more costume details.  Small Church Drama Groups need short and sweet.  We have used them for Sunday School openings and regular church services.  Church skits are fun to do.  Free.   Free seems to spark attention.  These free Skit Scripts can get you started.  I can send you the first two skits free.  Should I post the first one on this page?  Send your note to:  sugarpinetree@netzero.net
